With an impressive career spanning multiple industries, Kate has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable results. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing Strategy at Quadax, Inc., a leading B2B healthcare reimbursement solutions provider. There, Kate developed and implemented multi-channel marketing programs that enhanced brand equity and fueled revenue expansion.
Previously, Kate held leadership roles at Genesis Health System, where she directed marketing and communications initiatives to drive business development and growth. She also served in several key positions at Lee Enterprises over her tenure, leading revenue strategies in the creation of innovative digital offerings across the company and its properties. Notably, as General Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Quad-City Times, Kate achieved significant growth through strategic business development and content initiatives while managing operational budgets.
At BLOX Digital, Kate will drive efforts to realign sales functions toward net-new growth, amplify recurring revenue streams, and pioneer new market expansions into both B2B and non-media sectors. Kate will also play a key role in executing BLOX Digital’s vision for international growth, as the company continues to innovate at the forefront of media technology.
